Starting January 4th, 2021, CrossFit OP is kicking off our annual New Year Nutrition Challenge!
This year, we are excited to offer you two programs: 6-Week Nutrition Challenge OR 90-day Nutrition Program. We understand everyone has different goals so whether they’re short-term or long-term, both options will help you establish sustainable eating habits that will work best with your busy lives!
No matter your experience, this challenge is for you — to help you with accountability and teach you what is going to work best for you…and your family, too!
Also, it’s not a “contest” with others…this challenge is really for YOU! It is to encourage you to be honest with yourself when it comes to your nutrition and how you can change up your eating habits for the better. We are more concerned with helping you to feel better, to get healthier, and to help you improve your goals inside and outside the gym! We just want to help you overcome your obstacles with simple strategies.
What to EXPECT from our Nutrition Challenge:
- Nutrition Seminar Kick Off
- Personal accountability
- 30 minute in person goal setting session
- Biometrics (InBody composition scan)
- How to Meal Prep
- 6-Week Eating Habits printable (bi-weekly goals for you to check-off)
- Weekly check ins from Shari or Sandi
- Private Facebook Group (to ask general questions, tips, share resources)
