When did you start CrossFit and why did you choose OP?
I started with OP back in June 2020, and I joined because I wanted a challenge and seeing a difference in my body
What was your first workout/most memorable workout?
The most memorable workout was where I had to do a yolk carry and I have never done that before and it was awesome on how much weight I was able to carry
What were/are your goals and how has CrossFit and OP helped you accomplish them?
My goal is to be able to compete at a small local event, supporting my gym.
What are your favorite CrossFit movements and why?
My favorite Crossfit movements are Power Cleans, Power Snatches, and of course Deadlifts.
What is your proudest CrossFit accomplishment?
My proudest accomplishment in Crossfit would have to be when I deadlift pass 200 and was able to put on more weight after but stopped at 235
What’s something memorable you’ve learned at OP from the coaches, the members, or about yourself that you’d like to share with others?!
Something memorable that i recently learned about members at OP is that no matter how hard the workout is, i always have a smile on my face like a psycho lol

I am really gonna miss the people and atmosphere at OP, literally was like a second home to me on my days off duty. I hope i am able to visit in the future again.
