CrossFit Group Class

During this hour-long group fitness class, your coach will take you through a group warm-up, strength and/or skill work, as well as the workout of the day. The constantly varied programming is designed so that you will never get bored, and more importantly, never hit any plateaus. Fun, effective fitness!

Legends Class

This invigorating class is for those that are 45 years and above. We focus on offering a safe environment with a great workout offering cardio, balance, mobility and strength. We make the necessary adjustments for any aches, pains or pre-existing injuries. Come give this great workout a try and see what you think. Our Legends crew agrees, this is life-changing!

Teen Strength and Conditioning Classes

During this hour long class teens will work on increasing power output while improving mobility, flexibility and posture. This is an advanced conditioning program that aims to increase overall strength while focusing on proper technique and injury prevention.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program for youths of all ability levels and backgrounds. No matter what your child’s goal is, whether it’s making the basketball team or simply improving body awareness and coordination – they’ll get a unique, stimulating workout while simultaneously developing discipline and learning that hard work pays off.
