The Crossfit Games begin next week! If by chance you do not know what that is, it’s the highest level of competition in the world of Crossfit. The top men, women, teams, and teens are going to be completion for the title of the fittest on earth. The good new for us is that you can watch it all for free live on Youtube. This is a big year for a few reasons and here are a few of them.
- The guy who has been the mens champ for the last four years has retired and that means the throne is open for a new champ!
- Last year was quite abnormal for the games (just like everything else due to Covid) and this year we will be back to normal!
- This is the first year with Crossfit being under new leadership (Eric Roza).
